When you register for Bloody Diaries, you immediately have the chance to book a hotel room at a special price. Of course, only a set number of hotel rooms are available, so it cannot be guaranteed that you will get a room in your desired hotel. All bookings for the Swissôtel Neuss and others that are publicized in the flyer or on the website can only be booked through Fed-Con Veranstaltungs GmbH, and also only through FedCon GmbH can the bookings be altered. Be aware that the hotel reservations are just as binding as the purchase of the convention tickets.
Lengthenings or shortenings of your hotel stay can only be carried out at the request of Fed-Con Veranstaltungs GmbH.
The payment for the hotel rooms is also only carried out through Fed-Con Veranstaltungs GmbH, and must be paid by the corresponding date for the convention. Direct payments to the hotel are not possible.
Please keep in mind the payment deadline for your hotel room, which can be found on your con-confirmation. The payment must be completed and wired by you. No direct bank debits or credit card charges will be accepted. There will not be another notice of the payment deadline. If you miss the payment deadline, your claim to the hotel room will expire and your reservation will be cancelled.
